ECP
The Electronic Course Profile (EDP) for each course contains all the essential information regarding the course and the course assessment items. It contains basic generic information regarding WIL activities. ECPs can be found via Blackboard (UQ E-learning).
Blackboard
A page may have been added to Blackboard, within the course, that describes the WIL activity and how many places are available. This page functions as a repository for project descriptions and any associated documents. For example:
- WIL in HPI Student Handbook;
- Application form to apply for a placement project place;
- Insurance information;
- Any documents provided by placement organisations;
- Blue Card information if relevant;
- Links to the student code of conduct; and
- Instructional manuals (eg. oral history).
Other
Students may also receive information from course staff or industry partner staff via email or in class. Students should ensure they monitor their email throughout the entire duration of the course.
