Apologetics and the Visual Arts

This paper is part of a wider study seeking to develop a postmodern approach for the study and activity of apologetics. Undergirding this study is the proposition that Christian theological apologetics is in need of contemporary revision, in terms of both content and methodology. My larger project outlines how a re-imagined apologetics may be advanced utilising a range of various fields. In this paper I will argue for the use of the visual arts as a medium for apologetic exploration and expression. The presentation will include interaction with the visual.
